Protecting Cyberspace: Cyber Law Challenges and Solutions in the Archipelago

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, cyber law is one of the important aspects that needs to be considered to maintain security and order in cyberspace. In Indonesia, cyber law challenges are increasingly complex along with the increasing use of information and communication technology. This journal discusses the various challenges faced by cyber law in the archipelago and offers solutions to improve protection in cyberspace. With a systematic approach, this study analyzes the current state of cyber law in Indonesia and provides relevant policy recommendations. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective cyber law policies.
