This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of public service policies in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia, with a focus on implementation in the health sector. Public service policy is an important instrument for the government to improve accessibility, effectiveness, and efficiency in the provision of health services. However, various challenges arise in its implementation, such as limited resources, management quality, and coordination between central and local governments. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify and analyse the literature related to this topic. The results show that wellplanned but poorly implemented policies can hinder improvements in the quality of health services, especially in remote areas. Several factors such as the availability of medical personnel, infrastructure, and information technology management play an important role in improving the effectiveness of public service policies in the health sector
