About the Journal

Human Resource Dynamics Nusantara (HRDN) is an open-access international journal that is peer-reviewed and dedicated to the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge in the field of human resources. All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the editorial team and subsequently evaluated by at least two international reviewers through a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published articles.

First launched in 2024, HRDN is published six times a year in February, April, July, September, November, and December. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share innovative insights, empirical studies, and theoretical advancements in various aspects of human resource management, organizational development, and organizational behavior.

The journal's scope of development focuses on strategic issues in talent management, digital transformation in human resources, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, leadership, organizational culture, performance management, employee well-being, and innovations in training and development. It aims to foster relevant academic and practical dialogue to advance the science and practice of human resource management globally.
