About the Journal

Nusantara Journal of Elementary Education Review (NJOE) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to advancing research and knowledge in the field of elementary education. The journal serves as a platform for publishing innovative studies, critical reviews, and empirical research that explore various aspects of elementary education, with a special emphasis on both global and local contexts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous editorial process, including evaluation by at least two international reviewers through a double-blind peer review system. This ensures the quality, integrity, and relevance of the articles published.

First launched in 2024, NJOE is published six times a year, in February, April, June, August, October, and December. The journal's scope covers a wide range of topics in elementary education, including but not limited to curriculum development, teaching methodologies, classroom management, educational psychology, learning assessment, and teacher professional development, exploration of inclusive education, early childhood development, STEM education, digital learning tools, culturally responsive teaching, educational equity, and the role of parents and communities in elementary education. The journal also emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches, combining insights from pedagogy, psychology, sociology, and technology to address the challenges and opportunities in contemporary elementary education.

NJOE aims to enhance the quality of elementary education globally and contribute to the development of policies and practices that foster effective, inclusive, and sustainable educational experiences for young learners. The journal seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice, encouraging studies that can inform both academic scholarship and real-world educational practices.
